WAREHOUSES

Lighting control that follows the operation.

Warehouse lighting needs to reflect the layout, working hours and movement through the building.

Northern Light Controls supports consultants and electrical contractors with control strategies for warehouse projects and existing installations, considering the practical demands of high spaces and changing operations.

Control where it matters.

Consider occupancy by area.

Plan control zones around aisles, storage areas and working spaces. Sensor selection and positioning need to account for mounting height, obstructions and the activity being detected.

Make better use of daylight.

Where rooflights or other glazing provide useful daylight, suitable controls can adjust artificial lighting in response to available light.

Plan around access and change.

Consider commissioning, maintenance access and future layout changes early, particularly where equipment is installed at height.
